This appears to be one too many questions for the shady character, and he quickly flees by plane as he says:

Para poder encontrar al NPC hay que bordear la parte externa de la ciudad de Dalaran (Si aun no tienen la capacidad de volar); para esto deberemos ir a la parte Norte y pasar por la pared que se encuentra derrumbada, en la coordenada 30.60 32.17, y dirigirnos hacia la izquierda bordeando toda la ciudad hasta que el felino encuentre al sospechoso oculto. Suerte.
