Many Unique Decrypted Cosmetic Models on 10.1 PTR - Future Trading Post Items?

The latest 10.1 PTR build has added some interesting decrypted cosmetic models, including a Silver Hand helm and high resolution Headmaster's Charge staff.
While no source has been confirmed for these models, some of these are likely Trading Post items as we've previously datamined
