Way too expensive for a one-time use. Either make it infinitely usable, or lower the cost by about 10x.

The Morqut Hearth Stone is a one-use-only item that costs 2,000 Elemental Overflow.
It should be clearly labeled as one-time use.
Better it should have at least five charges or even better still be infinitely reusable.
