I just had this drop for me from one of the dragon racing world quests bags

These seem to be fairly uncommon (I've had 4 different ones drop out of 28 race world quests across 7 characters).

However...
Maybe I'm going mad... but I'm 99% sure, that this one is the basic horns you get when you first obtain the drake (please someone, correct me if I'm wrong here)
I went to check my rostrum, and the only 2 options for my wylderdrake's head horns currently are 'none' and 'curled' (this one) ... and I'm pretty sure it didn't come bald... so... ?
