Is anyone else not seeing Nazgrim offer To Mogujia? He is only offering a quest to turn in lesser charms or to send me into the Dagger in the Dark scenario.

EDIT: I handed in one of the charm dailies around Nazgrim (specifically Flash! Aaaaaahhhh! but I don't know if it matters which one you hand in) and the quest popped up for me.

Please check your quest log to comfirm your next step. It's a very long and time wasted quest line.

Questline starts with Meet the Scout (Horde) / Meet the Scout (Alliance) that can be picked up in Vale of the Eternal Blossom.
Must be level 20 to be able to see it.
