This is generally a VERY easy mechanic to add. You will see a small circle with a fire plume coming out of it for 1 or 2 seconds before it erupts.

Having said that there are a few exceptions to the easy part.... One is Advisor Melandrus on Court of Stars. I just attempted a +8 with Sanguine/Volcanic, and got to Advisor Melandrus with 11 minutes left on the timer. We proceeded to wipe 3 times before realizing that ALL of his images cast Volcanic as well! After another 5 wipes while trying various strats to attempt to control the volcanic procs we had to give up and cut it out.

Our entire group was 865+ and pushing over 300k dps. Good luck!
