If you are on the quest 塞纳里奥的忧虑 this is a piece of cake as you can use your 发光的怪蕨叶/strangely-glowing-frond#objective-of to massively overheal your whole party and the Mages as they get low.

To earn this achievement you have to visit 永茂林地 instance and find there 雅努 boss. He's the final boss of instance, you'll find him after 大法师索尔 boss. There few Kirin Tor Battle-Mages will spawn to help you with boss. Sometimes 雅努 casts his 缠藤 spell on to random mage, you have to break roots down to save mage. If you cant tank some damage, dont forget to squash flowers while they under ground.
