Tanks should be used to it thanks to many tries on this encounter.
But how many hours will it take for a whole 25 men raid to master it ?
It seems insanely difficult to achieve as it is a raid achievement, much more than alysrazor one I think.
Don't you think it should be a personal achievement ?

I think this is gonna be really hard due to a few factors:
You have to make sure no Emperor's Strength is alive, or his aoe stun smash will fail you.
The tank with the other emperor also has to be there to dodge everything, and from experience, you are gonna take a few hits of the other emperor his combo which hurts. A lot. If you get hit by the 2nd emperor his stomp, you're basically &*!@ed aswell unless you are ultra lucky.
Personal failure. Especially on 25, there is always gonna be that one guy who !@#$s up that try.

It sounds like you just need everyone to dance perfect and use the special action button on the same construct. Not all dance in the same one.
Thus you can have the second tank keep his add away from the raid until after the dance phase, then move it close and use the strike on the designated Emperor.

fyi, if you die during the kill at any time you will not receive credit. we did the dance successfully and 2 players died towards the end of the fight; one was rezzed and alive for the kill, the other was not. Neither player received the achievement
EDIT:
We successfully got this tonight on 25player, but we had multiple people die before doing the dance later. So my original statement was inaccurate. You can die before the raid does the dance and get still get credit.

Practice dodging the combos in raid finder.
The fight becomes a joke with gear, so scrap your dps potion for

Save stampeding roar(s) for running during the combo.
Know that the hardest combination is a stomp -> cleave into the direction you ran to avoid the stomp, and the reason you always get hit by it is because you wait to see where the next cleave is instead of running back in immediately.
If you are using life-grip for the other tank, make sure you use it at the right time. Sometimes the combos are staggered and you need standby in position while they finish.

One additional tip to help with movement speed is Drums of Speed from a leatherworker. This is a 15% run speed bonus that stacks with all other movement enhancements. Used in combination with a swiftness potion, this will greatly improve those less praticed to be successful at dodging the hits.

This achievement might sound hard, and it's most likely more annoying than you imagine. You'll need every single raid member (25 or 10 people) to successfully do do the dance at the same time and then use the special ability on the boss. 25-man guilds might find this achievement easier on 10-man since there's fewer people to mess up.
Note that everyone has to use the ability on the same boss, this includes the tanks, meaning that you'll have to tank the bosses close to each other and one of the tanks will have to run or get gripped over by a priest and use the ability on the other boss within the short time the ability stays.
This achievement was not easy to complete, good luck!

Things I've noticed that make the combo easier if you keep them in mind:
Stomp will never be first
Stomp will never be used twice in a row
Slash will never be used in the same direction twice in a row (however, if the direction the boss is facing is changed, you could potentially get two slashes in the same location)
How to apply these facts:
Get close to the center of the boss when the combo is starting to make dodging the first slash easier
Start running back to the boss as soon as the stomp cast is finished to give better leverage for the following slash
Assuming the boss doesn't change direction, you can start running directly to where a slash just happened and you will be safe from a following slash and if its a stomp just swerve away from the boss and you should be able to get out of range in time easily

We found the best way was doing this on 10m normal - 2 tanks, 3 healers, a ranged or two and some melee.
Everyone but one tank danced with the boss. What we did was stand on the tank (or behind the boss where melee usually stand) and dance. If someone misses, try the next combo.
I suggest making this macro
"/target ______ (emperor you're hitting)
/click ExtraActionButton1"
Then wait for your other tanks combo to finish, lifegrip, OR move the other emperor close enough to him so that his slashes will not harm him. Perform the last opportunistic strike.

We just did this in a 10 man group. Done it in 4 tries, it is really how long your raid can learn it. One trick that was we used was a monk tank. He used his

to teleport fast after the swings and got almost instantly gripped by the boss, but succeeded. A warrior might be able to do the same with his

This is most easily accomplished during a gas phase, when no adds are up, or the very first strike that goes out. Put the entire raid on one boss, and have your more mobile tank keep the other boss generally in the same spot you would typically tank it. You can move a little closer and not have many issues.
Don't stress out if they starting getting really out of sync - as long as the second tank uses their opportunistic strike within the period of time before the next dance begins, you will get credit.
There are a handful of ways to best cover the distance from second boss to the main target. Being a druid or warrior is obviously helpful due to charge, but lifegrip is also a great tool to use - just make sure you have a macro, or the right boss targeted while you dance so that you can immediately use your ability, as you only have the opportunity for a few seconds. Also make sure you don't get lifegripped before your dance is finished. As the fight goes on, the second boss begins to lag behind significantly, so while your raid finishes their strike, you still might be on the second to last, or last slash. Engineering boots could also be useful, given that they do not explode, so I wouldn't rely on this method. Swiftness potion would be the last ditch effort, if group comp just isn't favorable enough.

Tips for dancing:
The most difficult ability is the stomp, as the graphic can sometimes be slightly misleading. If you are tanking, it's pretty simple, because you can just run out enough and get magnetically drawn back (unlike what some people will tell you, this will not ruin the dance, unless you are unfortunate enough to manage to get dragged back in before the stomp goes off). If you aren't tanking, and have an ability to move quickly, you can simply run far enough out and use your means to get back in if the next move happens to be a forward slash. Stampeding roar or leatherworking drums can also assist. If you're a slowbie, angling your camera at a downward slope can help you identify the edge of the stomp that is safe.
As the dance starts, stand on the tank. I have found that facing the boss as he starts his dance is really easy to orient yourself quickly. Stand close to him, right on his toes (easy to determine once the first slash goes out, you can stand on the edge of where it will land). This will make rotating around, or move through a forward slash a lot faster.
Strafing out for a stomp is a good way to move away quickly enough.
*Personal Experience*
As a druid, this is a total joke to be the tank that closes the gap - between feline swiftness, stampeding roar, cat form, and skull bash, dancing and charging the boss is pretty simple. You can also shift forms or use stampeding roar to remove the slow from a Courage, if one happens to latch onto you while the main group is too busy dancing.
The achievement mod I typically use did not track this, so I would imagine you would just have to rely on people being vocal about whether they were able to complete a strike in order to finish the boss off.

We pulled this off with a Paladin and DK tanking and no Priests in the group, so it can be done without any special classes.
As you stand at the console, have the mobile tank stand on the left, and the group stand on the right.
The best opportunities are during Titan Gas. Have both groups start dancing. The group will finish first, and as soon as they finish their tank drags the mob to the mobile tank. The mobile tank finishes dancing last, and the other boss is already moving towards him. A sprint or other movement increases are helpful, but not necessary.

Having a hunter use Aspect of the Pack makes this incredibly easy. As long as you do the dance when no adds are up, the only thing that can daze you is the cleaves themselves, in which case you've already failed (the Titan's Gas doesn't daze).
That extra speed boost makes it almost impossible to fail.

Pretty annoying achievement that demands skills from each member in raid. Nowadays you have advantage and you can easily stop DPS and wait if you failed first try.

How to get this achievement, step-by-step:
Run in 10-man mode, not 25. This roughly triples your chances of everyone getting it right in a single phase. Bring players with solid, low-latency connections, good movement skills, patience for many attempts and stong gear for the actual killing part.
Bring 2 tanks, 2 heals and 6 mixed dps.
The offtank should be a warrior or a bear for charge (although it's possible to use Priest Leap of Faith, that inserts an additional source of error due to the added coordination required the long CD on the spell, and the fact that it sometimes spins the tank to face the wrong direction).
Every raid member should have a macro like the following, which you can spam to perform a flawless strike the moment it comes up:

this assumes you are stacking your main tank and raid on the right-side boss. The offtank should have a similar macro with a charge inserted to get him to the boss the raid is striking:

One raid member should install the addons
EnsidiaFails
and
RaidAchievement
to track success of the achievement criteria. The former reports in raid chat every time someone fails at dancing and gets hit by the boss, and the latter prints a summary after each dancing phase listing who did not perform an Opportunistic strike, and indicates when you've succeeded and should proceed to kill the boss.
Everyone should practice the dance, ideally beforehand in LFR. Some tips:
Set your particle density to "Good" or better
Zoom your camera all the way out, after doing a: /console cameradistancemaxfactor 5 and point it straight down over the boss's head
Watch for the blue lines indicating the next strike and move accordingly
Do not run more than 15 yards away from the boss during the entire combo or its an auto-fail
The boss never performs the same strike twice in a row, so moving towards the side that just got struck can sometimes save you a few yards of travel
Use personal class speed boosts (Sprint, Ghost Wolf, etc), Raid movement boosts (Drums of Speed, Stampeding Roar) and Darkwater or Swiftness potions for difficult moments.
Make attempts during the very first combo (before adds are up), and during the two that occur during titan gas (when adds do not spawn). Use the other combos for practice time, but several dps will need to remain focused on adds during that time.
Do not dps the bosses at all until you complete the achievement criteria. The Opportunistic strikes do significant boss damage, and you don't want to let their health get too low during attempts. In current gear it's trivial to kill the bosses once you've completed the criteria, and it's better that everyone is 100% focused on dancing. Passive heals like Healing Tide Totem are great for keeping the raid alive while dancing in Titan Gas.

Something to add on this achievement that is fairly important- Occasionally, Jin-Xi and Qin-Xi Devastating Combo's phases will "desync", in which one of them starts their Combo phase earlier or later then the others. If it's TOO much earlier or later, it can mess up the achieve as the other tank won't get his Opportunistic Strike until sometime after the small window for the achieve is up. If you are aiming for this achieve, play it safe- if you manage to get all 10 players to whack him in the first Titan Gas phase, keep doing the dance until the perma-Titan Gas phase. Nothing is more aggravating to think you have succeeded in the dance, quickly kill the boss, only to not get the achieve due to the other tank hitting the boss a little bit outside the window for credit.

What would have helped me to know, would be that: They don't really attack the way they "look like" they will attack. It's really irritating when it looks like from the way he is facing, that his attack will clearly be in front of him, but nope! It's to his side. Stuff like that. The only one I could ever reliably "foresee" was his stomp, since that's kind of obvious. How I got this? I had very low latency, and was able to simply watch where everyone else was going, and follow them.
I really hate how sadistic Blizzard can sometimes be...

Just want to say that I farmed this achievement for 3 weeks and despite seemingly meeting the requirements each time, did not get it until today. In addition to needing 10 people, the trick is that there are only certain dance phases that will qualify for the achievement while the majority of the possible phases will not work and thus should not be counted as real attempts. The reason for this seems to be there is a small window of time that the achievement has to be completed within, and this window only begins once your dance phase is completed. This may seem obvious, but the off tank will sometimes finish his dance before your dance is done. If that is the case and the tank uses his extra action on your boss while he's still doing his dance, it will not count. So his dance has to end either the same time yours does or within a few seconds. The first dance phase has a 4 second variation so the window to land the ability on the same boss seems to be at least 7 seconds, 3 to use the ability and 4 to account for the variance of the bosses first dance.
With that said, the confirmed dance phases are the very first one and the first titan gas. I'd assume the one directly following the first titan gas in addition to the next titan gas are also counted, but I can't confirm them. A video online confirmed the first titan gas worked, but other than that or the first one, I can't say for certain. You'll notice that later in the fight the bosses dances vary greatly so certainly by the 3rd titan gas getting the achievement becomes impossible. To be safe, pull the boss and make everyone gets used to the dance. Once everyone knows it, literally just use the first dance phase and the first titan gas as real attempts, wipe otherwise.

This achievement seems a bit finicky and/or GMs just trying to do their job of taking the easy way out.

Tried this today in a pug. Attempted it around 30 times with the use of RaidAchievement addon. The last time we attempted it everyone dodged the attacks 5 times and everyone (10 people) used the extra button on Jan-Xi. The addon then said that we succeeded bla bla and all we had to do was kill the boss...so we nuked and no achieve. Be careful and make sure that everyone has used their extra button on the same boss...don't rely on this addon a lot.
By the way it doesn't matter which boss you use the extra button on, the whole raid needs to use the extra button on the same boss as everyone else.

I can confirm as of 21/01/15 patch 6.0.3 this achievement is not bugged and it
requires
a max raid team, so 10 people to do it (for 10 man), as stated by a GM.

I won't lie, I think this achievement should be a personal achievement, one that is rewarded if you the individual does it right.
Relying on 10 or 25 other people to also complete it--simultaneously--in a three second window is near insanity, even at level 100. It brings me back to the green lava dance in Naxxramas 40-man at Heigan the Unclean, it took some people weeks to master, and some never got it at all.

1.1) If you're waiting for sparks and white marking you are already to late. It's really important to know exactly where to dodge at the very moment the boss makes his "striking pose"
Pose #1: 2hands on sword +"gona slash"= draw a line (end of sword)+(shoulder)= be in front AND outside the red circle
Pose #2: 1hand on sword +"gona slash"= be at the side of that hand AND outside the red circle
Pose #3: hands in the air + 1 foot up = run to side 1 radius lenght ( run, never backpedal) 1/2 of boss's red circle

3) Always follow your tank to the pixel, put a marker on him. If tank as the extrabutton and all followed MT1 its a piece of cake.
4) Always return after a dodge: in front of boss AND near the boss red circle ( will reduce running time for next dodge)
5) Speed and fast reflexes are needed also "1 vent voice" to call dodge directions is crucial.
6) Worst combo is a stomp + "get to his back" so player must ALWAYS use sprints for this part.
7) Always use sprints or any spell to be to his back in time, you could have aspect turn in and out just for getting to his back.
8) My advice best class: monks, Priests, rogues are the best to sprint+evade so dont spent to much time on a class you can't be good with. Roll an alt! ex.: 10 monks could be the best way to do this. Its an acc wide ach...
9) In WOD take of trinkets+weapons just to be sure not to kill bosses.
10) Practice and patience, good luck.

Install the addon "Raid Achievement" from Curse with the MoP module to track this.
Zoom your camera way out.
Turn your graphics up. (I'm not sure if lower settings work but they might)
Make sure everyone has the macro:

Depending on which boss everyone (except the other tank) will be stacking at.
Tank the two bosses far enough apart so that their attacks do not overlap but close enough so that the 2nd tank can jump or leap over in time to use his macro.
Instead of memorizing
all
the boss positions based on how he is holding his sword / standing, look for the light blue slash animations in the air near the boss. You want to move to the opposite side of the boss, opposite of the blue slashes, so standing near the boss is better. The only tricky one, and it helps to have a Druid
Stampeding Roar
, is the double blue animation slash. (Looks like two cusps, U U).
The blue slash animations take care of everything except when he lifts his foot off the ground. For this you must move directly away from the boss as he does a circular AoE for this attack.

Last night my friend put together a raid group for this. We had him and one other person running raid achieve add-on.. So, we start the console and our monk tank put down a Ox statue in the middle of the room (We were testing to see the statue would pick up Jin and if it could last through the first dance phase). Sure enough it picked up Jin and the dancing began... Everyone, all 10 of us, got the opportunistic strike and used it on Qin. Raid achieve went off saying we could kill the boss.. however the other guys achievement tracker said our raid leader didn't use the ability.. I checked skada and it showed him using the ability and it doing damage to Qin. We ended up burning the bosses down and no achievement popped up for us. Im really confused as to why it didnt work... We did everything right.. We all danced and got the buff/used it. Raid lead screenshotted all of the dmg meters and sent a ticket in to a GM... I highly doubt they are gonna really help out with this. Its just a bit frustrating. Anyone know if the Ox statue could of been a problem?

Warlords of Draenor (and beyond) Guide
There are a lot of great posts on this page, and rather than add some tips piecemeal, I thought I'd compile this into a consolidated post, while at the same time correcting some inaccuracies and outdated information. This post is most useful if you have never killed this boss, particularly when it was current content.
Note this achievement will likely only be attempted from now on by the most avid achievement hunters, as it is a standalone achievement!
I have to put in a plug for the reference of this achievement - it refers to the taunt by Captain Falcon in Super Smash Brothers (the Nintendo 64 version is one of my favourite games of all time!). Note that Captain Falcon was originally from the F-Zero games, the first of which debuted on the Super NES system, but the taunt itself is from Super Smash Bros.
THE BOSS ENCOUNTER
This encounter is the last in the

raid from Mists of Pandaria. The encounter consists of a number of waves of adds that continue through the encounter. The main bosses,

and

, have a shared health pool of 4.122 million health on 10-man normal, and only appear 90 seconds into the fight.
The bosses have a

ability, which will yank the current aggro target into melee range if that target gets too far away. This has implications for the off-tank.
The two bosses must be tanked separately, as their Devastating Combos have a 25-yard radius.
Adds:

Trivial, don't do anything special except for attack their target.

Fixate a target and move towards them. Their melee attacks slow by 25%, and this stacks. Must be attacked from behind, or from in front before their

At level 100, all adds are trivial to kill, and should be killed ASAP as the slows and stuns from the latter two can really mess with attempts to do the dance.
You can tell where an add is going to appear by the red glow in the alcoves surrounding the encounter area. These can be on the second or third level of alcoves if you look up!
During the encounter,

will fill the room at certain points, which does trivial AoE damage to the raid (at level 100). During this phase, NO adds spawn.
THE DANCE
Each boss has an energy bar. Once this energy bar reaches 90-100, they will start their Devastating Combo. This Devastating Combo is performed multiple times throughout the encounter, every time the boss energy bar fills up. This consists of a series of 5 attacks chained together - the four possible attacks being:
Front Devastating Arc
Left Devastating Arc
Right Devastating Arc

Devastating Combo Rules:
The boss will never use the same ability twice in a row, although he may repeat it later in the sequence.
This means that there will never be two Left Devastating Arcs in a row, for example, but if the direction the boss is facing changes during the Devastating Combo, there may be two on the same part of the ground.

will never be the first ability used.
When each ability is performed, a corresponding section of the ground is covered by a brown, "dirt-like" ground effect after the boss performs the ability. If you caught in the ability's ground effect, you take damage. For abilities #1, #2 and #3, this ground effect is in a 25-yard semicircle (180°) in the corresponding direction. For the

, this occurs in a full circle, 12-yards in radius.
Avoiding
ALL five attacks
successfully will grant you an ability -

. This ability appears as an extra-action button on the middle of your screen (unless you have an interface add-on that moves it), and

is an instant cast ability that does 60,000 damage (on 10-man normal mode) to an enemy

and in front of you. There is a purple swipe animation that accompanies the use of this ability.
Notes:
If at any time during the devastating combo you move too far away from the boss (roughly 15-20 yards) you AUTOMATICALLY fail and you will NOT get

This means you cannot outrange a Devastating Arc by running beyond it's ground effect - you need to remain within melee range of the boss on the opposite side.
Each boss does it's own Devastating Combo, which can be at slightly different times (separated by a few seconds).
THE ACHIEVEMENT -

In order to successfully complete the achievement, a FULL raid of members (either 10 or 25 players) must use

on the same boss during the same Devastating Combo phase (there will be many Devastating Combos during the encounter, depending on how long it lasts), and THEN kill the boss.
As such, you will NOT complete the achievement if:
Any raid member fails to avoid all five attacks during the Devastating Combo.
Any raid member fails to get

As such, it takes quite a bit of coordination to complete this achievement.
Off-tank Notes
The off-tank ideally should be the only one separated from the group. The other boss (not being used for the achievement) should be far enough away that the Devastating Arcs from that boss do not interfere with the rest of the raid doing the dance, and vice versa.
In order to complete the achievement, the tank needs to rapidly move to the main boss and use

on that boss before being pulled back by

STRATEGY
To complete this achievement, your best bet is to do this on 10-man normal mode. You will have many Devastating Combos during the encounter, most of which you can use to practice. Remember, you will need a full raid of 10 people, no less. Obviously, having all level 100+ members is going to trivialize the encounter mechanics.
Your group composition should consist of two tanks (if possible - they can maintain threat while not doing much damage) and either 1 healer or off-healer, with the remainder being any class/spec. At level 100 the damage taken is not significant.
Other than the off-tank, all raid members should be stacked together on one boss (the boss you will be hitting for the achievement), either

(once they spawn). The off-tank should tank the other boss a good distance away.
Once a Devastating Combo phase is complete, and all raid members have dodged successfully and have

, they need to use it before it expires on the single boss that has been agreed upon. The off-tank, after dodging successfully, must also rapidly move to the other boss and use

BEFORE being tugged back by

.
Below are further tips that can help your raid group complete this achievement.
As mentioned above, the two bosses do their Devastating Combos at slightly different times (separated by a few seconds). There are some of these phases that are so "unsynced" that the off-tank will obtain
投机打击
early, and the other boss will not be finished his Devastating Combo yet.
As such, the best Devastating Combos to use for this achievement are the very first one, and during the very first
泰坦寒气
phase. These are where the timings will work best for the off-tank.
Make sure to kill the adds regularly. The slow from the
皇帝的勇气
and the stun from the
皇帝的力量
will really mess with your achievement.
Any
泰坦寒气
phase is ideal, as no adds spawn during this phase.
Go to Game Menu --> System --> Graphics and set Particle Density to "Good" or better, if you are having a hard time seeing the ground effect for the Devastating Arcs.
To prepare to dodge, use the following script (copy and paste into chat) to increase your view distance:
/script SetCVar("cameraDistanceMaxFactor","50")
Change your camera angle to view the bosses mostly from above, but at an angle. This gives you the best viewpoint to see the blue swipes noted below, while at the same time being able to see the boss raise his foot for a stomp.
The ABSOLUTE BEST way to know where to move is to watch for the blue swipe animations in the air around the boss before each strike. These animations are in the area you need to avoid, and thus you should move to the opposite side of the boss from the swipes.
If you see two swipes (rather than one) in the shape of two shallow arcs, this is a Front Devastating Arc, and you need to move behind the boss.
The exception to the above rule is for the
践踏
- there are no blue swipes to look for (first clue); instead, the boss will lift one foot, which is a signal to move away from the boss in any direction.

As mentioned previously, the boss never starts with a

. The best way to be in optimal position for movement is to always gravitate towards the center of the boss hitbox. This way, moving any direction is easy.
After the first ability of the combo,
ALWAYS ASSUME the next ability is going to be a
践踏
and be ready to move!
This way you are ready to move out ASAP, as this ability will usually require the MOST movement to dodge.
Right after a
践踏
, immediately start moving back to your central position to give you the best chance of dodging the next attack.
It's usually a good idea for everyone to stack together in front of the boss before each Devastating Combo. The movement of other raid members can sometimes help you, but you can't rely on it completely as there isn't enough time to solely follow someone else and expect to dodge all attacks.
As previously mentioned, the bosses will perform Devastating Combos many times, depending on encounter length (allowing you to practice many times).
If you are practicing, be careful not to damage the bosses too much.

itself does a respectable amount of boss damage, especially if many people are landing it.
It is ideal to have tank specced characters as main and off-tank. They can maintain threat without doing too much damage.
If your raid group is able to complete the achievement quickly, the above is a moot point and any class can be main tank (or off-tank, assuming they have a
恶魔传送门
or
信仰飞跃
to aid in landing their
投机打击
.
投机打击
shows up as damage in meters like Skada or Recount - as such, you can manually check through raid members to see how many strikes each person is doing over the course of attempts (usually 60,000 damage per strike on 10-man normal).
ADD-ONS
The addon
RaidAchievement
will tell you when every raid member has used
投机打击
in a single Devastating Combo phase, allowing you to then kill the boss.
Having a person in the raid with the add-on is a HUGE asset, and almost mandatory
. NOTE however that it is not always 100% accurate, as it won't be able to whether or not all raid members used it on the
same boss
, so make sure everyone keeps track.
DBM has a number of options which can help in this fight, as listed below:
Type "/dbm" in chat to open DBM options.
Go to Mists of Pandaria --> Mogu'shan Vaults (This module will automatically load if you are in the instance; otherwise, manually load it)
Select "Will of the Emperor"
Under "General Announces", it's advisable to disable all warnings except those for Arc Left, Arc Right, Arc Center and Stomp
It may be useful to disable all warnings under "Target Announces" and "Personal Announces", to avoid clutter.
Under "Miscellaneous", you can enable "Count out Devastating Arc Casts" to help. There is also an option to "Show DBM Arrow during Devastating Arc", which will put an arrow above your head to help guide your movement.
NOTE that this assumes you are standing behind the boss
, when in fact its usually the case that you will be stacked on the tank in front instead.
The add-on
SpeedyGonzales
is a very simple but useful add-on, great for tracking your run speed with various effects active.
MOVEMENT SPEED
Anything that increases your movement speed is going to be an asset. You have anywhere from 2.5-3 seconds to move out of an incoming ability, so every little bit counts.

Hey guys, wanted to post my tactic which i think makes this achievement easier, faster, less frustrating. This tactic is meant to be working like a charm for a team of lvl 100 people or higher, not 90's for sure.
The trick is that you have 1 boss be tanked by a hunter's pet ( did it in beast mastery mode but other specs might work as well). That hunter simply puts his pet passive in 1 corner by ordering the pet to move to that destination and joins the rest of the team which is gathered at the other boss. The distance between the 2 bosses must not be further than 45 yards so that hunter can heal his pet if needed with mend pet. Glyph of mending is recommended. Glyph of misdirection as well, although in my case i didn't need it (just for when things don't go the way you want to).
Giving a few more information about the fight and mostly the way we did it (pug) : we marked the places where 2 bosses were going to be tanked. On the left one we had my pet and on the right one a warrior (class doesn't matter and probably not even spec, just tank specced player makes it easier). We started the fight and killed all adds till the 2 bosses spawn. Then i casted misdirection on my pet, used few abilities to build threat on it and when boss got close to pet i casted 1 kill command for greated threat regeneration. After that i quickly put the pet back to passive to stop it from doing damage on the boss and joined the rest of the team who was already on the other boss. This way whole team is in the same phase as everyone is focusing to 1 construct (boss) and you don't care about what phase the constract who is tanked by the pet is. This simply means that you have limitless attempts to fulfil the requirements of the achievement as soon as you don't do any more damage to the boss. Helps a lot if any time someone fails on 1 attack, stops moving and inform the raid that the attempt failed so that nobody casts the extrabutton at the end (remember pressing the extra button after you dodge all 5 attacks deals damage to the boss, that damage multiplied by each raid member makes the amount significant).
Next actions : when the boss is starting the 5 attack combo a hunter (i was the only hunter just to clarify it's possible if you don't have a 2nd one) has to put aspect of the pack on (glyph of pathfinding is mandatory as it provides 8% extra speed buff) to provide the speed to the raid to avoid the attacks. Doing it this way makes it simple to verify when someone fails an attack as he will get dazed so you can stop this attempt,regroup and try next one. Having an addon to announce when criteria is complete so you can kill boss and get the achievement is mandatory. Follow other's people advice on this thread as i found them completely useful (watch videos etc). Just keep in mind that you can mark a person with fast reflexes and rest team follows him if that tactic suits their playstyle better. 2 most important tips are that you have to focus on the blue lightning close to the boss during the combo phase and simply move towards the opposite direction and if you see no lightning then he does the stomp.

To start this fight on heroic you don't use the console. Rather, break the steam pipes on the extreme sides of the lower level.

we had:
- a tank to tank main boss
- a hunter to tank the other boss with a pet
- 2 druids in bear form to have Roar for every sequence
- a player who knew what's going on, we put marker on him and it was easier for some people just to follow him blindly
- a monk with

- which gave us +25% of speed for everyone and did the trick for some people
Once we've got all of these, we got the achi after 2 or 3 tries. So my advice is - walking speed does matter, it's not all about the skill.

Hey, anyone did that recently ... or just killed the boss in HC/normal ... I tried to do the achievement. To do so, we need to bring the boss the 100 energy and everyone need to dodge the 5 consecutive attack that will follow. The problem is that we were not able to make the boss energy bar move. Is it normal ? Do we need to do anything special so its energy start to go up ? I did a bug report, but considering the one i did 8 months ago they don't check the bug reports.

Edit: This achievement is no longer bugged. Together with some of the lovely people from Daugens achievement community (EU) we managed to get this achievement on the 23rd of March.
This achivement is bugged as of atleast 11th of October 2018.
Reason: The bosses will not generate any energy which causes them to never use the attack Devastating Combo, which is required to gain the buff that the achievement checks for.
We tried both on normal and heroic 10 man and on neither difficulty the bosses gained any energy.
Please submit a bug report to hopefully bring this to Blizzard's attention.

Achievement is good to go! Tested with 10 ppl and it worked. You can use addons to track progress. The great news is the ability "opportunistic strike" doesn't dmg the boss anymore. So go wild! Once all 10 connect you're good to go.

Completed this today on 10 man with 10 players. It still requires a full raid group so either 10 players on 10 man or 25 players on 25 man. I would highly recommend doing it on 10 man as communicating with 25 players is a little bit too much.
Unequip ALL YOUR GEAR before pulling because essences, azerite and corruptions can kill the bosses passively.

I would highly suggest for new groups that are doing this:
1. DO IT ON NORMAL MODE!
Heroic requires you to do 10 moves instead of the 5 you need to do on normal.
2. BRING A HUNTER PET TO TANK THE SECOND BOSS!
It's way easier than having an off-tank, everyone can be right at the main boss and use the ability at the same time.
3. BRING CLASSES THAT BRING RAID WIDE UTILITY!
Such as Druids Stampeding Roar, or Monks who give everyone a passive movement speed boost.
4. MARK SOMEONE THAT DOESN'T MESS UP FOR PEOPLE TO FOLLOW!
We had a few guys that didn't really learn even after a few tries, marking a fast class (I used my lvl 111 speedy druid with 200% base movement speed, but really any fast class will do) for people to follow makes this MUCH easier.
5. PAY ATTENTION TO THE WHITE SLASHES AND BE READY FOR STOMPS AT ALL TIMES
It may not be obvious at first, but the slashes indicate where the attack will be, I missed this the first few tries. Most people messed up on the stomps too, so make sure to always be ready for those.
6. TELL YOUR GROUP TO STAY AROUND THE TARGETING CIRCLE OF THE BOSS
Some people stay away too far and won't be able to cover the distance to the other side fast enough.

As of patch 9.0.1 the achievement is currently bugged (again...)
The bosses start with -2 energy, after getting 2 they freeze without any action, even the autoattack stops.

Tried doing it today (7th may 2021) We did every ability 3 times on boss to make sure. Did not work. The lightning fists would NOT count towards the achievement. We were 14 people in 25 man normal. Oddly enough 1 member of the raid got it, the rest did not.

gotta love blizzards idea of "fixing" these achievements is removing them from the meta rather than you know, actually fixing them or just removing them altogether. removing em from the meta only makes groups harder to find. gj blizz
they just need to change all these type of achievements saying "all members of the raid" to actually mean that and not the "maximum potential number of members in the raid"

In Dragonflight 2023, this still remains unsoloable and continues to require a full group.
I have only received verbal confirmation from someone who tried this achieve earlier in the year.
I personally only attempted with myself and a second account. Unfortunately, after 10mins I accidentally fisted one of the two bosses and instantly killed it >. >

Now doable in solo. You'll need a hunter/warlock pet to hold one of the bosses away and be on a low lvl toon to prevent the boss being one shotted (lvl 52 worked for me)

I just did this on 20-04-2024 and it seems they have changed it so you no longer need a full 10/25 man group! It is 'soloable' IF your class has the ability to keep both bosses split.
This is how I did it on my lvl 70 hunter:
1. Do the raid on normal 10 man. This way you only have to dodge 5 moves instead of 10
2. I positioned my pet on the left side of the room to tank the left boss and put it on passive. If your pet is in a good spot, the boss will start attacking it and your pet will keep agro
3. I positioned my character on the right for the other boss
4. Then wait for the combo to come in at 100 boss energy
5. Dodge all 5 moves
6. Use extra action button on the boss
7. Kill boss
8. Achievement!

After seeing that this was possible solo I ran over there to do it. Normal difficulty.
However, as mentioned by others in the past the boss gets its energy up to 2 and then stops doing anything. No auto-attacks, no sequence. Anyone had a similar issue?

Just tried this on a monk and it seemed to work, except that they were stuck doing the same cleave over and over and it was dropping my buff even if I was avoiding the slash?
I was on the right side guy and he was just spamming a right side slash over and over. Kinda weird

Tips for Warlock:
- My level 51 alt (item level 137) was just as good or better fit than Level 70
- Unequip anything that might proc damage - trinkets, neck with Mark of the Hidden Satyr
- Felhunter is better than Voidwalker - the blueberry may auto-taunt even with Suffering disabled
- Remove class talent Inquisitor's Gaze - it killed boss in my first attempt, procs from doing nothing
- Talent into Fiendish Stride - Burning Rush does less damage and increases run speed more
- Keep killing the smaller adds - Courage debuffs with a stacking slow that becomes a root
- When boss starts the special attacks, pop Burning Rush to dodge much more easily
- To zoom out more, use: /console cameraDistanceMaxZoomFactor 2.6

Just soloed it as a level 70 hunter on normal 10 man. Keeping the pet on the left side while standing on the right wasn't good enough, pet didn't get agro of the boss. What worked is putting the pet and myself right in the center of each boss, you have a few seconds to do that after bosses appear. You should still put your pet on the left before bosses spawn so you can adjust it quickly.

Made the mistake of heading in there on Heroic on my Hunter, pet would aggro the left boss (without damaging it) and I would aggro the right boss.
The combo move would happen and then I'd see the debuff, but then the debuff would just disappear and then reset over and over and over without any stacks. I even tried swapping bosses, nothing.
I'll head in there on Normal after weekly reset and hopefully that actually works.
