If it's a guild achievement then it wouldn't be fair --->

"WTB people for 10000k who have 5000 quests to join the guild for 1 sec so we get achievement"

Umm, guys. It's DAILY quests, not normal quests. It is a Guild Achievement (look at the top of the page). If it wasn't, it would take just under 5.5 years to complete (If you do 25 Dailies per day, it would take you 2000 days to complete), good thing that isn't the case.
