EDIT: In the PTR, this had a name that was something like "And I Will Form the Head". Hence the obvious Voltron reference :)

The enemy in phase 4 of Mimiron's fight is called Vol-7-ron. It is an amalgamation of the 3 other robots fought in the other 3 phases.

In Phase 3, Aerial Command Unit form, kiteable Assault Bot adds are spawned. 1 Of these must be left alive for phase 4.

In Phase 4, V0-L7R-0N form, Mimiron again casts the lethal Rocket Strike at a location, preceeded by a 3 second visible warning. Kite the Assault Bot into this small area. The rocket deals 5,000,000 damage, more then enough to kill an Assault Bot at full health. You may want to try not geting hit yourself though.

This achievement is awarded the moment the assault bot dies. You don't have to survive or kill the boss to get it.

As an ilvl 714 Gladiator Warrior i just stood inside the boss to avoid mines and stuff, then i waited for the assault bots to spawn in the Head phase (phase 3), and then i waited some more for the missile to launch that hit me 2 times at once for about 89k each, which wasnt much.

I got the achievement instantly after the died from the Missile attack.
