Some of these drop from any mobs, while others drop from a specific one. Most have a daily "chance" to loot, such as ones dropped by rares. A couple are found on the ground (and dont require killing mobs to obtain).

Each of them will start a quest that you turn in to Ven'ari, providing some amount of rep (~150 or so).

Seems like you can only loot 1 daily unless it comes from a specific mob.

I used to get 1-2 items per day, on a consistent basis. However since getting Ambivalent some days ago, i've not received a single item. Im missing a bunch of "common" ones that should be easy to get, and yet none drop. Not sure if bug or just really, really, really bad luck

I've been able to farm all but 4 of these items which has helped me get 6200 rep into cordial, including finding the guaranteed spawn location of several of the items
Tormentors Notes (35.77 45.55)
Tormentors Box (72.59 17.62)
Wailing Coin (Odalrik)
Warsworn Orders (Cyrixia)
Words of the Warden (19.37 33.42)
Korrath's Grimoire:Aleketh (Dath Rezara).

Each of these items rewards 100-150rep with Ve Nari so if you focus each of these items it can really help you unlock the beast warrens early in order to be ready for the mount chances.

All of the others I've received are from just random kills of mobs in the maw or elites. I also have a route I take everyday to get around 1500 rep including daily hand ins. It does help I'm human but getting the Dark Moon Faire buff this week also is a massive advantage.

I made a full guide of the route I take, tips & tricks so I really hope it helps you unlock the ranks you need! Torghast especially is much much easier with all of the buffs from Ve Nari.

Let me know if you've got anything extra to add as well, it would be great to start a detailed thread for rep grind with ve nari so we can get those sockets early!

Some of these items are guaranteed, they drop only from specific interactable items around the maw. Said items are:
Tormentor's Notes - /way 35.74, 45.57 on night elf body
Words Of The Warden - /way 19.37 33.42 paper scrap
Box of Torments - /way 27,7, 20,2 cave entrance /way 72,6, 17,4 Torture Implements

The guaranteed items grant 150 rep each for Ve'nari.

Info on these has been taken from other wowhead comments on said items.

Rest of the items should drop from mobs around the maw, some from only specific rare/regular mobs.

Currently impossible to complete due to the Shade hound armor plating not dropping from anything or being found anywhere. Until blizz fixes this, don't worry too much about it

Fixed an issue that prevented Shadehound Armor Plating from being acquired in the Maw. The quest item can now be found by completing the Hunt: Shadehounds event.

January 25th patch now allows this achievement to be completable!
