Can someone please explain this? I have a quest with Vol'Jin in the Beastwarrens in beta, but the debuff keeps killing me and I don't see any way to stop it.

To get 麻烦上身！ you need complete the quest 原则5：大胆出手.
To acess this quest you need "Tentative" with 威·娜莉 reputation.
You get this reputation by doing weekly quests, killing rares and doing events.

How to do 原则5：大胆出手:

accept the quest
go to Perdition Hold in The Maw /way 33,4, 56,3
use 迷惑密文 to open the gate
speak with 可疑的特工 /way 32,7, 56,9
kill 搜寻者泽洛斯 /way 26,4, 55,4
return the quest

Tips: 幽力之油 is a good item to skip the mobs in Perdition Hold.
位移密文 is good to back to Ve'nari fast.

you will get a new weekly and daily quest if you finish this part so if youre close to "Tentative" with Ve'nari get it this week for some extra rep
