Picture with the locations.

The first trinket is found at the start of the dungeon, and the second one is found at the end of the platform before you go the first boss. For the third trinket, you will have to stay near the wall and use the Spectral Brute's Ground Crush ability in order to get knocked up to the ledge. The fourth trinket is found on a pillar after defeating the Shadow of Zul, before the last boss in the dungeon.

First trinket - first room of the dungeon - beneath the baskets.
Second trinket - at the end of the platform just before first boss room.
Third trinket - this requires the patrolling mob that does a huge AoE pushback for you to get up there. Might be other ways around it (like DH), but we didn't test.
Fourth trinket - just before last boss, on up the right pillar. You get up by wall-jumping against the pillar, finding the correct gaps. You can click the trinket while jumping, so you don't have to get all the way as long as you can click during jump.

For the Third Trinket, if one person manages to get up there, just wipe it, and you can use Swapblaster to exchange possitions. This way, only one person needs to manage the jump/kick.

You can use swapblaster and/or a priest with Leap of Faith to get up there, if in your group makes it.

Just remember this achievement is personal. Everyone has to click trinkets.

For your party members having trouble getting on the pillar for the fourth artifact, we had our Demon Hunter jump up and glide to it, and I traded places using Swapblaster to Leap of Faith the rest of the party. Hope this helps someone!

Our group was a party of shaman, pally, warlocks and a mage. As long as any one member who can soulshard or resurrect makes it up there, the rest of the team can die to the fall and be resurrected up the ledge (no you dont have to enter the room to activate the third trinket).
