Edit: Wowhead appears to have updated the above list with my mentioned list, however I will leave this up as a guide for where you can obtain the pieces and save you opening many tabs.

Here are some pieces that look exactly the same as those above and yet are not Rogue-only:

Helm: 肇事者皮质头盔 - Reward from 纳兹戈林的命令
Shoulders: 踏暮者肩铠 - Bought for 591 Justice Points from 魔导师伊露维娅 and/or 魔导师维莎拉
Chest: 支配之皮质外套 - Reward from 血债血偿
Gloves: 夺日者杀手护腕 - Drop from 勇士的宝箱 in 十字军的试炼
Belt: 冷酷屠戮者腰带 - Drop from 光明邪使菲奥拉 in 十字军的试炼
Legs: 荣誉战斗工兵的皮质护腿 - Reward from 酸雨
Feet: 登陆皮质长靴 - Reward from 寻找金祖恩

For weapons; I alternate between 迷雾导航者之杖 and 启示

The Quest items can be gained very shortly by following the Jade Forest quest chain to just before going to make nice with the Forest Hozen.
The Drops are from bosses 3 and 4 in Trial of the Crusader 10man, which can be done quickly with a friend.

I farmed this set for my Fem-Panda Monk (replacing the helm and waist with 雷德之眼 and 诱哄红带, for a buttkicking Monk feel) and, as a casual player with a penchant for Transmogging, this is an incredibly easy set to gather; although possibly a long one depending on your luck in ToC loot drops.

I highly recommend checking this belt out that I am currently using with this set. The colors match perfectly to that brownish metal on the shoulders and the black parts on the armor.
The belt is called Dementia Cord and it can be easily found on the Auction House or if you're leveling an alt you have a chance to loot it in Outland.
After finding this belt I doubt I'll be farming the raid again for the belt that actually is the "perfect" match for this transmog set. I think it is somehow too red and what this set needed, in my honest opinion, was some highlighting to the darker colors.

As for weapons I would suggest The Night Blade (Auction House ) or Stygian Bladebreaker (25 man Heroic ToTC).

I, myself, am using the Stygian Bladebreaker transmog on both of my daggers and the Shattered Hand enchantment brings a nice visual look that matches the shoulders and the red on the armor nicely.
