Alright, so I did a little research for myself. If you view the page for Incinerate, you can see it's modified by Fire and Brimstone; looking at F&B's information you can see the spell that Incinerate becomes while F&B is active, which is 烧尽 - the AOE version of Incinerate that you gain while Fire and Brimstone is toggled. In the information for the AOE Incinerate, you can see that it is, in fact, modified by 焰舐者 which is the effect/debuff this trinket places on an enemy when struck by your Incinerate.

So, tl;dr version: This trinket DOES work with AOE Fire and Brimstone Incinerates. Both normal (single target) and AOE (Fire and Brimstone) Incinerates will place this debuff on the targets they hit, increasing your critical strike chance against all of them. This basically means that not only do you have a relatively guaranteed crit chance increase on a single target (guaranteed as in very easy to maintain as opposed to 2-3 enemies at once), but you also have an (almost) guaranteed crit chance increase against any group of enemies large enough to use Fire and Brimstone on. I'm assuming it would work, but does anybody know if this procs from the AOE (Fire & Brimstone) version of Incinerate? Since the single target and F&B versions of Incinerate are *technically* two different spells/spell IDs, I'm wondering if it only works with the single target version either intentionally or as an oversight.

Half of me feels like working on AOE would be a little overpowered and that Blizzard intended for us to have to manage this debuff's uptime, but my other half feels like it'd be dumb and confusing to come players if it DIDN'T work on AoE. Does anybody know for sure, and if not could somebody with any version of this trinket test it out on a dummy really quick?
