This treasure is found inside the cave just south of 雷霆图腾 in 至高岭. You need to take the "Titan Waygate" at the bottom of the cave to reach the treasures.

You are actually looking for 'glimmering treasure chest'. It's located right next to the titan waygate you take to get up to the ledge.

On the quest you will see the gates of the Titans travel. Just stand in them, and a moment later you will transfer to a location with a hammer to drive the Deathwing and treasured chest.

Go to the Flight Master on the upper deck of Highmountain (the giant totem). Go left around the upper deck and take the first bridge, which will be on your right. Take the road quite a distance, well after the village, and after you begin encountering Entins, you will see, on your left, a cave entrance, at 45, 73. Go into the cave, jump down into the deep lake, and on shore in front of you is a Titan Portal--a round thing with white bars of light going up. It will transport you up to a high ledge, where you click on a brazier to start a fight. Kill the portals (floating balls of bright light) not the mobs they spawn. You will be given some companions to kill the mobs. When the fight ends, go back to the Titan Portal and there will be a treasure chest in front of it. It glows and glimmers.
