There are several "BOTM" spells in the database which probably stands for "Brew of the Month." It looks like there will be several different brews, each with different effects:

Belch Brew - Triggers Potent Stench, belching.
Bubble Brew - Triggers bubble. (?)
Fire Brew - Belch fire.
Flowery Brew - Summon Flowers and/or Grow by up to 1300%!
Honey Brew - Become Honey Touched and attacked by... bees?
Jungle Brew - Summon Jungle Gnomes. (?)
Vomit Brew - "Slime" yourself.
Woodland Brew - Become viciously attacked/loved by furry woodland creatures. (?)

Players will probably receive a Empty Brew Bottle after drinking one of the above.

I just became a member, and the first brew I got was "Binary Brew". Its tooltip says: A weak alcohol, but a technological triumph in brewing technology.

When I drink it, it allows me to talk in Goblin Binary for 5 minutes (through the /say channel).

Ray'ma is at 37,85 in Orgrimmar's Valley of Spirits, in the Mage trainer house.

October Brew is Autumnal Acorn Ale, just got it in mail.

When drinked, it might summon a woodland creature (companion pet) for 10 seconds or so.

Autumnal Acorn Ale has chance to summon woodland squirrel on >each< drink for 10 seconds.
Yes, that's right, you can summon more than one squirrel at the time this way.
Each drink creates Empty Brew bottle which you can throw and it 'explodes' just like some weak firework.

Remember that you are not limited to free samples you get via mail, you can always buy more of chosen drink from Brew Vendor.
For Horde he is at Valley of spirits (next to mage trainers,37.85) in Orgrimmar.

Actually that vendor no longer stands in the Valley of Spirits, but in the valley of Strength alongside Ray'ma at whom you redeem your membership voucher :)

It looks like the membership is now good for more than 1 year. I didn't have enough tokens to renew mine this year, but to my surprise still got the November brew in the mail.
