No doubt this is meant for unlocking the Glyph page in your spellbook. I'd love for the quest discription to stay the same, but the probability of that is non excistant.

The in the name means it's a placeholder. Blizzard often adds that to the names of things they add to the game but haven't finalized. The fact that the is still there means the quest was never finished.
