To spawn Hurley Blackbreath you must break all 3 kegs located within a small storage room inside the bar.

Hurley Blackbreath will spawn with 3 guards.

He appears to despawn after 5 minutes. If you wipe and have to run, chances are you're not going to make it back in time.

I am there now with the new level 80 mobs from 3.2.2 patch. I have the quests:Hurley blackbreath (lost dark ale receipe) + Direbrews Dire Brew (brewfest once a year quest item for 40 tokens) and I can't not find any kegs anywhere on the 2 levels of the Grim Guzler which allow me to right click (Cog) the kegs, and I see no quest item to hewlp me smash the kegs?

If you are having trouble finding the bar read below.

Enter the instance, go left, open the door, take a right, open the door to the left, use the machine ahead of you that you'll see when entering the room. Then run upstairs and head through the left corridor. Go through it untill you reach a room, stay to the right, enter another room with constructs then head on the bridge with fire elementals and you are in the bar.

I get lost easily. Always get myself turned around.

I was a little surprised when I came here looking for directions to Hurley Blackbreath and the Grim Guzzler and instead found a mostly vacant wasteland.

Here it is for people like me that are forever lost and confused:

Walk into the instance and look to your immediate left. You will see a door "Shadowforge Gate" (Mouse over the doors so you can see their names) Open the door and walk through.

Walk a short distance until you see a torch on the wall in front of you (and before the very large entrance. Don't go through that large entrance) another door is on your right also called 'Shadowforge Gate" Open it and walk through.

Walk up the slope a very short distance.

On your left hand side you will see "Prospector Seymour" standing as if he is ready for battle in front of a door called East Garrison Door" Open the door and step inside.

Please stop a moment.

On your right you will see a ramp (some call them stairs, but either way they go up!) Do Not Go Up Them Yet! Instead look just to the left of the ramp/stairs and you will see some large gears hanging down from the ceiling at the other end of the room. Mouse your cursor over the area just below those gears and you will see they are glowing and labeled "The Shadowforge Lock" walk over to it, and click on it. You should see the gears start spinning, and the lock mechanism drop down. You may hear an unlocking type sound.

Turn around and go back to the ramps/stairs. Go up them. There are two short "flights" to the top. You will see a third "flight" going up to The Ring Of Law. Do Not Go Up There!

Instead, bear to the left of the ramp/stairs that lead to The Ring of Law.

Look at the top of your in-game mini map.

It should say "East Garrison"

Go down the corridor you find when you bore left. It's a short way to the end and you will see two cannons "parked' up against the wall. At this point, you can only go left.

Go left.

You will see an open door in front of you, and windows looking down on each side of you. (If you had not opened that lock earlier, this door would be locked) Go straight through the now opened doorway and run down the hall. You will again see two cannons (in different positions than before) at the end of the hall in the corner.

You can only go to the left.

Go left.

Continue down the hall.

Your mini map should now read "West Garrison"

Continue down the hall a short distance until you reach yet another left turn. You will see a crystal floating in the air in the corner here. This part is a bit more tricky for the forever lost such as myself: Turn and face your toon to the left. Don't walk yet.

You will see in front of you a corner/turn to the right. Go around that corner and go through the door/opening on the right wall and down a ramp (stairs). You will now be in the Manufactory.

In front of you you will see four (4) sets of squar-ish columns (presumably) holding up the roof. Walk until you are standing between the third (3rd) and fourth (4th) sets of columns.

In front of you, you will see a chandelier type thing hanging from the ceiling above your head and the Boss "Gollem Lord Argelmach" directly in front of you. (You can kill him if you wish, just don't get lost like i would!)

Since you were afraid to get lost, and stayed where you where (good for you!) turn your toon now to face right.

In front of you you should now see some golems and hooks hanging from the ceiling. You will also see a bridge with fire elementals on it in front of you and to your left.

Hug the wall to the left. (walls need love too).

Walk to the bridge. (Your mini map will now say "Shadowforge City")

There will be four (4) fire elements on the bridge. Cross the bridge.

You will see stairs.

Go up the stairs and into the Grim Guzzler.

Bear to the left.

In front of you is an opening into a storage room. (This is the same room we fight the Brew Boss in year after year hoping for mounts and other Brewfest goodies)

Mouse over the kegs of brew until you see a gear wheel on your cursor.

Click on (destroy) all three clickable kegs.

Hurley Blackbreath will appear with some of his drinking buddies a wee bit upset with you.

Kill them.

Take (loot) his stuff.

Go back the way you came and reset the instance if Hurley didn't have what you wanted this time around.

It appears Hurley's 烈焰吐息 ability can aggro 雷布里·斯库比格特 and his cronies while they are friendly. This causes them to fight each other
