There are three Gnomes in-game with the last name "Featherwhistle," and they're all doing stuff that involve mounts:

Binjy Featherwhistle- Riding trainer for Gnomes

Milli Featherwhistle- Sells mechanostrider mounts to Gnomes and Dwarves exalted with the Gnomeregan Exiles

Bibilfaz Featherwhistle- one of only two Gnomish Flight Masters in the game (the other one is Rip Pedalslam at Toshley's Station, the only Gnomish town in the game)

I wonder if they're related? :)

Leveling as a gnome, upon reaching 30 I was surprised to have been sent this letter...

I can confirm that Binjy will only train gnomes, or those with exalted rep with the Gnomeregan Exiles.

After Cataclysm all riding trainers will train anybody.
