Walks around the place. Watch out for other mobs while approaching to him if you're 20-21, because he have some strong spells, and with an lvl 20 add it's more than difficult to take him down.

When I finally found Kuz I followed him around a bit it seemed he was walking around the burnt down houses. He was, he is a very strong 21 and his magic (Frostbolt) is good be careful.

Even though i'm lvl 23, he is pretty ok, but me, im a hunter, so you know i got a pet, my pet got some dmg on him, the thing you really need fer dis guy is armor.

An ability not listed, he will do a frost nova. Watching him he went around the houses, across the field, and then west and back to the houses. If its clear the middle of the field makes a nice ambush spot.
