At Exalted the 60% Mounts cost 8 Gold, as well as the 100% Mounts cost 80 Gold.

Some Kennel Master! The water in their troughs is suspiciously murky, and that's the ones which have water! Three of them don't have any water, and I haven't seen him brush or feed a single one, just walks around and shrugs his shoulders! I tell you Thrall would not have stood for this negligence! Ok so the cords for Wolfrunner is 31,65 for those who are having problems finding this guy because they somewhat suck at using cords (me at times ~.~) or just plain out don't have them.

This guy is standing back behind the training dummies near Kildar <Riding Trainer>.

To get to him coming from the auction house in the valley of honor. Come out of the AH and take a a left. Follow the path up until it splits into a Y. Take the left path. Walk a few steps and you will find a second Y. Go left again and you will be in front of the "hunters hall". Go into the hunters hall. Straight in the back you will see 2 level 85 practice dummies. Between them there is an arch way that leads to a small yard that is filled with wolves. Go straight though that arch and you should spot Wolfrunner straight back and standing to the right a bit.

Even at Friendly, this NPC says he's offering his wolves to me but the interface to buy them doesnt pop up instead he says

Zug zug, brave <class>! I have the finest
bred wolf mounts for you to peruse. You'll
not find another animal with the level of
endurance and survival instincts that the
wolf has anywhere! Please, inspect them
for youself.
