Stamp Thunderhorn is a Tauren who sells food at Darkmoon Faire. The food that he sells is one of the few things that doesn't require Faire Tickets to recieve. One of the things he sells for a limited time at the Darkmoon Faire, is the crunchy frog.

Where is he? I was there during Darkmoon Faire (12 Nov 2011, 23:50 server time) and there was no such NPC anywhere near there. Also the coords 42.0/70.0 are in the forest, so that must be wrong anyway. Where should I find him?

His name is Stamp, and he sells food huh? Can't say I've ever seen a food stamp in World of Warcraft before.

If you are looking for the cooking quest, he will not give it to you until you are level 75 in Cooking as per this post:
