this NPC is giving quest to kill Drek,thar and than you need only to come back and get some reward and XP...you can choose crossbow Bloodseeker,Cold Forged Hammer,Wand of Biting Cold and my favourite Ice Barbed Spear :D if u dont need any of these weapons,get IBS cause u can sell it for 6.60 G

This NPC can be found in Dun Baldar in the AV game as well. She stands inside the general stormpikes residence. You can take her quests from there so you dont have to run to alterac mountains.

It's advised that before attacking van you kill her first. She leaves the keep, unlike the others, and she can be pulled separately from them.

As of Cataclysm, it would seem that this NPC has been removed from Alterac valley.
She can, however, still be found in Hillsbrad Foothills and still starts the quests that she did before.

Ok, the information to find this NPC who is no longer in AV.

1). Take the FP to Refuge Point, in Arathi Highlands.
2). Go one zone over to Hillsbrad Foothills.
3). Go due north of "Ruins of Southshore".
4). Location of NPC is 45.340, 45.20 to the right of the cave in front of the right hand tent.
