She can be found in the ruined tower on the Sashj'tar Island. There are two cauldrons in the building. If she is not there, just wait for the respawn.

Edit: looks like Blizz has changed the spawn location, I can't find her there anymore.

There seems to be a bug with this quest at the moment. When you first begin the quest as Murky, she will spawn in the same building as the Tidemistress. However, if you complete the assault by killing other naga before you kill her, that building phase resets to the normal one where Tidemistress and her guards sit. At that time, the Culinarian will instead be at 83,61 in a small covered area on the beach to the east of the island.

Easier to kill after 'exiting vehichle' Murky and using you regular skills imo, at least as a mage. Credit will still be given towards the quest.

Do not engage in normal combat. I just got one-shotted as a well geared tank for 153577072 damage right before I could kill her.

Easiest way to complete this Q is to go back to your own character (drop the Murky disguise) for the final 'boss'. timer on DPS abilities is too long with Murky, if you're reasonably well geared u can drop the main Naga pretty quickly & no chance of dying. Most people seem to do this whole Q when not in disguise now.

There is an interesting bug in boss fight.
Second use of bubble will reset you to Murkys spawn location (egg).

She spawns at the southeast island with all the cauldrons and tiny murlocs.

You will need to use the bubble before she finishes casting Refrigerate as it will reset the encounter and freeze you for a short time.

You can do this as Murkey. Is soon as you see her start casting frostbolt -- bubble. They fix it so can bubble as often as needed.
