Found one on the coast to the left of the flight path at Challiane's Terrace, Azsuna (35.40, 5.50). Alluvanon's Delta on the mini-map.

Assuming it can drop these items used for crafting, like the Bloodgazer Nest: Falcosaur Egg, Wildfowl Egg, and Unbroken Claw.

I think the Matriarch nests spawn in lieu of the Matriarch herself when the world quest is not active. The Matriarch only spawns when the appropriate swarm world quest is up.
