Found an NPC targeting one in Nyell's Workshop in Suramar during the mage's Champions of Legionfall quest chain so fiddled with it a bit; it's marked with a red X in the screenshots. Couldn't figure out anything to do with it.

On 5/1/17, I found this NPC just outside the entrances to the Cathedral of Eternal Night and Tomb of Sargeras. I was doing the Broken Shores quest On Borrowed Wings, which requires killing 虫语工程师, who drop Battleship Power Cores. The engineers were usually in groups of three or four, and were casting spells collectively at the fountains of fel liquid. The NPC in question is a small mass of yellow-green energy that appears when the engineers are using their spell, Drain Fel. So I assume these creatures are sucking out Fel energy from the fountain, perhaps charging the power cores you are supposed to collect. When you mouseover the bunny, there is nothing but black in the character pane, and just shows that it is level 1. The only thing I have seen change is that the more Wrymtongue that are casting, the more buffs of 抽取邪能 are on the bunny, up to three. And if you kill the engineers, the bunny disappears. The only other NPC that currently has this spell are 易受邪能侵袭的枯法者, located in the pit near Felsoul Hold in Suramar. I cannot find any more information than this and the previous post regarding a sighting on the Wandering Isle, even on other databases. So I am not sure if this is some interesting oversight, an easter egg, a clue regarding an upcoming fel rabbit pet, or what. Regardless, this is a very unusual title for something involving the sinister activities of creatures working to overthrow Azeroth. Hopefully someone will be able to help Scooby-Doo this little mystery. Happy hunting!
