These are the arcane elementals that make the circuit around Immol'thar's prison. They are most dangerous when inattentive or impatient players attempt to run the gauntlet of their patrol without waiting for the longer gaps. They tend not to appear on your screen until they're almost on top of you, which makes it difficult to judge when to run. The monstrosities themselves aren't terribly challenging, but once they die they spawn several mana bursts which spam arcane explosion. The bursts have little health, but they can kill you in seconds if they catch you unprepared.
