She's in Rut'theran Village, close to the dock where the boat to Darkshore is.

Having a bit of trouble purchasing anything from this vendor. I can sell to her, but upon clicking any items, they do not appear in my bags, nor does any gold get spent. Anyone having similar issues?
Noticing since Cataclysm.

I managed to purchase two recipes from her. At first it wouldn't work, so I left her alone. I was determined to get those recipes from her because I didn't want to run to the far corner of Westfall for the same piece of parchment. >_>

I went back and stood a normal distance from her and tried buying again. That didn't work. Then I tried standing right on top of where she stood and successfully bought one recipe.

I thought I may have gotten lucky, but I tried it again -- relocating and repositioning myself -- and it worked.

I think the purchasing issue's been fixed. I had no problem buying from her.

Post-Cata she only sells what is listed on wowhead, x2 recipes. Someone thought she sold Clam Chowder as well... That recipe can still be bought from 克雷贡·塔尔松, and no longer available from 海尔丹·风歌.

I found her. She's to the right after you come out of the teleporter, down near that dock

She's located right next to the Fishing Trainer in Rut'Theran Village, on a cliff to the immediate left of the dock to The Exodar/Azuremyst Isle.
