For a Q&A that only lasts 1 hour, why would they pick dumb questions like Zandalari height, customization options or heritage armor.Such a waste of time, when really the more important stuff is what kind of SYSTEMS the new expansion is gonna have. Who cares about three extra hairstyles or 5 extra inches on your troll if you won't like the core gameplay? We didn't get any info on azerite necklace or warfronts (yes they may not yet be on alpha, but I'm pretty sure they already have a base idea of what they will look like).
It's hard to tell with the comment, but I think Zandalari paladins are coming.None of the other Horde allied races can be paladins, the same way none of the current Alliance allied races can be druids (as far as is confirmed). But it seems pretty certain so far that Kul'tiran humans will be able to be druids, so I'm guessing Blizzard are going to have options for every class to be something new in the first round of allied races.I'd say that the comment about "wait and see when the Zandalari are released" is a hint that the reason they lost their powers as paladins and the Horde inviting them to, say, share the knowledge about using the powers of the light in different forms is a big part of why they join the Horde.
where is soloque
YES! Really pleased to see Kul'tiran humans and no Vulpera (as yet). Great news!
"the reason that people currently Master Loot is for tier sets which don't exist in BFA. "Possibly the most inaccurate and patronizing garbage of an assumption / response from Lord Master Ion that I've seen in any Q&A, ever.If PL becomes the only way, every single raiding guild worth its salt will go through the massive PITA of mandating that raiders trade all loot to the ML: because it will be what raiders still want! What about trinkets? What about secondary stat prioritization, relic traits, etc? It is NOT just set bonuses - this is an egregious lie - or else you would not see raiding guilds continuing to do this literally all through farm across every single expansion. And if this is implemented with PL being made untradeable, it could very well kill any stability in end-game raiding at all. It would basically turn WoW into LFR and force a soloistic, D3-esque approach to the game rather than one that is actually collaborative. Consider the most hardcore of guilds in this situation (well, I mean Blizzard never does consider their loyal QA testers, but just to illustrate a point). They will basically just have everybody play every class, and whichever character someone has that gets the best loot... well, that's their new main this expansion!Devs tried pulling the exact same wool over our eyes about PL in mid-early Warlords ("The vast majority of groups are just using PL now,") I was playing and pugging a lot at that time, and I can tell you most groups were decidedly NOT using personal loot. It was very rare. Master loot was still very much a thing. But if you talk like it's what people want, and keep emphasizing it, eventually your populace begins to listen to the loudspeaker propaganda. This is just the latest example of Blizzard/Activision trying to shove something disgusting down players' throats that nobody wants.TL;DR Keep Master Loot please and we won't give a gryphon's rear what you do with PL. Remove ML at your own peril.
