Excellent! Glad I guessed the right days off hah.So, my wife and I are thinking about going to BlizzCon for the first time next year. How stressful is it to get everything reserved? Like, when should we book a hotel room? And what are the chances that the ticket gods will not smile upon us? (Don't they sell out within minutes?). I'm just trying to pay attention more this year so I know what to do next year :)And the fun part will be guessing the dates for next year.. I wonder if they would do 11/2 and 11/3, or 11/9 and 11/10.
Sadly I can't go (too expensive from Europe), but I'm already curious about the ingame goodies. :)
Considering the overwhelming success of Blizzard's most recent games (Hearthstone, Heroes and Overwatch), I'd say it's more difficult than ever to acquire tickets to Blizzcon. My advice, utilize EVERY electronic device you can gather to snag tickets.I was fortunate enough to go to Blizzcon back in 2010 (back when Cataclysm was thought to be the greatest thing ever ;P ) Immediately after acquiring the tickets, you should revserve a room at the Hilton directly adjacent to the convention center. I can't say if the whole building will be booked right after tickets go on sale, but it's worth a shot should you get purchase them.
oh good more ebay con. Least I don't wanna go
BLIZZCON HYPE! Hopefully this will be the 5th Blizzcon me and my friends attend. It was great meeting Perc and Panser last year at the Darkmoon Faire.
I wonder if for the 3rd year in a row I will somehow get booted out of line when I have tickets already in my cart only to have them sold out when I try again. :l
