First time ever that i'm the first :D seriously now,no effort regarding warlocks? Shadowburn was already rather bad,this doesn't change much...a lot of issues at hand and which are known to the dev team yet in the previous ptr notes they haven't shown much promise..Doesn't look like warlocks will get much change dps wise or QoL any time soon..not before the next major update. I know I know,it's datamining and ptr but haven't we seen this before and know how(bad) it ends up being? And interesting to see and how they tune the numbers now that they're removing some power from the legendaries making them feel less "mandatory".

At the risk of sounding like the devil's advocate here, I do have my doubts about this Diablocraft system of legendaries rocking the end game boat, especially with stats and bottom line damage being so important, but I do like the idea of swapping out different items depending on what I am doing and what talent build I am bringing, but this whole new gameplay depth is marred somewhat on the RNG of the system, compounded by how unbalanced the BiS items are (and still are despite these tweaks, compared to their situational / utility options).For example, I have one legendary on my Survival Hunter: 冥海之水，迷雾掠夺者的绳索/helbrine-rope-of-the-mist-marauder Now compare it to what is considered the BiS for Survival Hunters: 荒野的召唤/call-of-the-wild#comments10 second buff into a bossfight that cannot be refreshed is absolutely nothing compared to reducing the cooldown of the only damage modifier spell SV has, and it doesn't require standing at max range (?) to get the best possible result either. I am not saying I hate my legendary, but when there are so many pros and cons stacked up, it really does make some choices feel mandatory for a lot of specs, irregardless of individual playstyle.
I don't understand the BM hunter ring nerf. BM is already hurting to be competitive. Hati goes from target to target like he is carrying lead and misses kill commands because of the travel time. An example is on M-Odyn, in phase 2 it takes a good amount of time for your main pet to switch to the mini bosses and when you Kill Command your main pet is the only one that will hit it at fist since hati is just strolling there. 5% nerf on the ring is not helping anyone. Overall the lack of any talk about BM changes is frustrating. Multi shot from 50% to 100%? Okay I don't spam that on anything >3. I've never seen a surv hunter in a raid because hunters have always been ranged. Locking MM as the only viable raiding spec is not conducive to variety of play.
wow thank god they nerfed akainus absolute justice, i guess that 50% lava lash was just TOOOOOOOOOO overpowered, that filler spell that hits like a wet noodle is just far too overpowered boys

Nerfing all Legendaries dosnt fix the fact that other certain legendaries are still the BIS. change the whole legendary or it wont work that way.
What a depressing round of changes for Ret Paladins. The Blessings were great *in theory* for Legion, but executed terribly. So Blizz's solution is to remove BoM, which is essentially 10% of the class's damage at this point. They combined that with nerfing our two best dps legendaries (okay, fine, that's fair), but buffed absolutely nothing. We were never an amazing dps class, but were solid. But now we do 10% less damage. Wonderful. Stuff like this just kills my desire to even play.
Well as a Frost DK i don't know what to feel. Headpiece that i wasn't lucky enough to get looks like it's actually buffed. And Wrist that i wasn't lucky enough to get aswell is still overpowered AF and everyone 10 ilvl's below me easily can pull the same or more dps than me if they have it.Guys what you are doing is not solving anything fyi. DPS increase ones even if they give 10k more dps instead of some giving 50k will be BiS ones in all situations and most of us will keep feeling like crap for not having them and won't be able to play our mains competitively. I mean just go tokens or something if you can't figure it out because it's becoming ridicilous.See i have Cloak and Boots. If you design a fight that can't be done without that movement speed buff and AMS buff i will triumph but those DPS ones will suffer hard for not having them and it wouldn't be fair too. Change them all utility so people can actually pick among them and boost their weak spots with them and won't feel like crap for falling down on damage meters like now. Or just make them selectable somehow and all of us will end up using same 2/3 legendaries. Both of these options are way better than what we have now.
