Wow, only 30k gold? I make that in 3 days from garrison mission rewards and selling salvage items alone (on 11 chars, admittedly). I expect tokens to actually sell for much more than that.
hahaha 3 weeks waiting for this and i just pay a month of game time 5 days ago. damn you blizz
30k seems a little high to me was thinking more 20k but its cool i was not planing on buying any way
I figure it would be 80 to 100k gold.
Woah Huge News. Thanks. And damn. After maintenance. I'll have to wait until I get home and who knows what the gold price will be by then :(
Wow, 30k.... considering i've never had more than 7k at any one time this seems like something I'll never get my hands on, just like certain mounts which are 200k or what ever.
Now waiting for it to come to EU...please be soon..
Lapsed account...will the 30 day credit be applied to my account as soon as I spend the gold, or will an icon (like the 90 boost that came with WoD) appear on my character screen that I can activate when ready (like the mailed item players with current accounts receive after buying the token in the AH)?Somewhat related/dependent on the previous: can a lapsed account spend gold for multiple tokens before reactivating the account (two or three icons in my example above)?Very interested to see how the market for this functions.
Can't wait to see it on european realms. I'm a passionate gold hoarder and hate spending it online because I always save money, even in real life. Hopefully the price stays around 30k gold; I wouldn't mind spending all of my ingame money on gametime of almost two years.
For the people that say "30k (or any amount) gold is nothing. I make that in a day...blah blah" just accept that this system is not for you. Yes, making gold is easy if you have the knowledge and time to do it (farming, playing the AH, Garrison, etc.) But to people that have full time jobs and real responsibilities, that can be a lot of gold. If you only log on a few times a week, but you have a good paying job, $20 is practically nothing for that much gold which you can use towards pets, mounts, raid gear or basically anything that will make your casual WoW experience that much more rewarding.
Sure, and if not, I won't be paying real-world money for my WoW subscription for a very long time. If I login tomorrow and they're 30k, I'm buying the max available.
