I am glad to hear about the changes to the flask requirements. We are still less than halfway to 1,000 last I checked, but it's now a much more reasonable number to achieve than 10 or 25K.
I for one am extremely happy that Blizzard took the time and effort into changing these 2 achievements instead of even attempting to fix the tons of other glitches, bugs and issues plaguing the game right now.
Wouldn't it have been easier to just include this in the hot fixes post? We already have quite a few on the front page.
How about lowering the requirement for That's A Lot of Bait as well...please?
The 10k requirement on That's A Lot of Bait isn't nearly as problematic, especially considering that you can earn it while fishing for achievements. The bigger problem is that the actual fish feast requires 12 fish to create, making it merely a convenience for a 10 man guild.
Happy Hour and Chug-a-lug need to be swapped. No one who doesn't want to invite drama is going to craft cauldrons that only a fraction of your raid can benefit from.
IMO If they would adjust the materials cost of making flasks down to a reasonable level, these guilds would be making a lot more flasks. The materials amounts right now is a bit high to be mass producing flasks, unless you got guildies volunteering for gathering duty a couple hours per day.
