I've never seen this mission appear and I have 22 lvl3 garrisons. Not sure what is wrong do I have to do some quest or something to unlock it?

95% chance for success, so of course it failed. Wondering how long it will take for this quest to appear again.

So I decided to say F that to this stupid RNG quest and bought the item off some dude on Trade. 15K. Works like a charm. Time to level up like 5 more toons with this. Good luck to those still waiting for this crappy quest to pop up.

Requirements for 6.2 garrison rare missions to pop:

- 3x followers with 675 item level
- 7x followers with 645 item level
- 675 item level on character (no need to equip the gear, you can just have it in your inventory)
- a minimum of 15 active level 100 followers

Those missions have 1 week cd; this means you'll get 1x rare 6.2 mission every 7 days per character, assuming you meet the criteria.

Now, you have just to cross your fingers and hope to get a "good" one (you can obtain a mission more than once after completing it the first time).

EDIT : Criterias are "checked" each reset.
This means that reaching said criterias mid-week won't unlock rare missions until next week reset. So if you just finished to gear your followers and you see nothing pops at your garrison command table, simply wait for next Wednesday.

I have gotten 3 of these Satchels, I havent noticed any pre mission requirements other than having my followers maxxed. I have to say despite the low item level this trinket is extremely handy for doing large pulls while solo. It does a good deal of damage when equipped on my 700ish alts and even though it doesnt work in raids it does appear to work against world bosses such as Kazzak. I still have 2 unopened satchels wich will make a nice gift to some unsuspecting player one day :)

I have not seen this mission ONCE

Ok so I just asked this on another thread as now I am very curious how I got my Touch of the Void Loom piece when I fit none of these requirements (or didn't at the time I got it). I have ZERO followers above 645 ilvl (think the 2 you buy and 1 or 2 more at best). I only got to an ilvl 675 (now 684) on my toon about a week ago (and had the item since before that fairly sure). Tack in that I have only ONE main and NO alts above lvl 50 so that let's that theory out that having multiple toons may affect this quest (I heard that from some other folks, not something confirmed obviously).

So with all this, is there any other way(s) to get this trinket? I did NOT buy it (obviously) off the AH, and I do not buy gear from other players, so I know I didn't get this thing via someone else. I'm not complaining that I got it, I just would like to know 100% confirmed fact on how else I got it as I did not meet any of the 'requirements' I've seen are needed (and there are quite a few different requirements I've seen for it so not sure which is the right one(s)).

On a side note, someone said that 'Rare' quests only come up after certain iLvLs on player/followers are met, well that can't be totally correct either. Right now all week I'm sitting on the 'RARE Highmaul Raid' quest (Rare written in Blue Text with a min iLvL of 645). It would give me a random 655 Highmaul raid gear item ... which is ironic really as that's now worthless to me as my gear is higher than 655, but curious that if you supposedly need such high follower/player iLvLs for these 'Rare' quests to show up, how am I getting them already? Especially when that gear is no longer viable for me (and I assume that if you did have to wait for that iLvL req then wouldn't it be a stupid quest to give out @675 if you're only getting 655 gear lvl items)?

PS I only have a max of 20 active followers allowed at any given time. I saw the post by Rexx said he has 25. Am I missing something that gives me more follower active? :(

was going to try to sell this today, but a troll in /trade was saying it was a "ripoff" bc "everybody can get it from the mission". I might wait till tomorrow and try again. Has anybody else experienced any trolls in /trade when you look to sell it?

Just wanted to leave a note here, came back to the game around Antorus launch and have been doing Garrisons for about 4 months trying to get this mission. It finally showed up today for the first time for me.

You can still get the satchel in patch 9.2.5. I bought the item 英雄的冰封装备 on the AH to boost 3 followers to 675 ilvl in order to counter 6/9 boss abilities to reach 100% and the mission appeared right away. Which means you don't need to wait for a reset.
