This is a very tricky mission to do 100% purely based on abilities. You will basically need a mistweaver monk(fen tao), holy/prot paladin(vindicator onaala alliance only), resto shaman(Greatmother Geyah horde only), frost death-knight(only through inn) and lastly an affliction warlock(only through inn) with Powerful Spell/Magic Debuff - this being a very tricky combination to fill. You will most likely need to do a few ability rerolls to get these specific abilities. If it's worth it at the end? I honestly don't know. It's a lot of resources involved and the mission itself appears like once a month. It's fairly easy to get it to around 80-90%(if you have blook or other similar traits). I'm assuming if you're reading this you're looking to do this with two treasure traits. It's hard, but not impossible!

Miall(tb/mas) and Vindicator Onaala(ps/md) if you're alliance gives me 100% chance, both with treasure and no other traits to boost the chance of success.

The Timed Battle/Massive Strike is easy enough to do using followers picked up through the world.
