D'ore is an ancient naaru who "died" when Oshu'gun crash landed on Draenor centuries ago. It was the first Naaru to be interred in Auchindoun. D'ore's body became a shadowy void which attracts and consumes souls. It will regenerate its power from the Light over time, a process which has now lasted 'for nearly a thousand years' and is said, by D'ore itself, to be 'almost complete'.

It would appear the process has been completed.
