You need to be at Domination Point to use it. Meaning that you cant buy this to port your low levels in pandaria. :/

These only work at the goblin teleport stations at Dominance Point. You can't use them anywhere else such as a free mage portal.

I just made one, and can't use it. :| Can't click on it, and running through it does nothing. Logged in and out didn't help, neither did flying away and flying back.

Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that these things are totally useless. You can only use it at Domination Point, and it's a one-way portal. What's the point of that if the Shrine of Two Moons is nearby and at the shrine there's already a portal to Orgrimmar?

As of 6.0.2 This is bugged. It spawns the portal but you can NOT click on it.

7.1 portal is still bugged. Cannot click on it, walking through does nothing.
