If you have some time and are able to solo ZF, it's a good place to get these. If you do a full clear of all the trolls, you can probably get a full stack (or more) of the flasks. Alternatively you could try farming skullsplitter trolls in STV.

Seriously, they carry their mojo in bottles?
What if they lose it?

I usually farm this outside of ZF in tanaris...
A good 1 hours work gets me about 20 flasks and I can sell them for roughly 25-35 gold on my server

After trying STV, I went to Tanaris.
There are three "Sandfury" camps close to each other (
map
).
After killing all the Sandfury mobs, I got 6 flasks of mojo, half a stack of mageweave cloth and 30 Silk Cloth.
The small problem is the respawn time. I'm a 76 Unholy DK and I could 2-shot every mob, meaning i could clear an entire camp in about 2-3 minutes. When i returned to the first camp, I had to wait 3-4 minutes for the mobs to appear.
All in all, a good place to farm flasks of mojo!
LE: You can easy identify the camps by the towers: coming from Gadgetzan, you would probably see the camp at 41,23 first. From there, look in the distance for two towers.
Also, if you're level 40 or so, watch out for
Jin'Zallah the Sandbringer
and
Warleader Krazzilak
.

I can see the ressurected trolls talk to eachother,
Yes and then this man came on to me with a sword, he slayed me, pillaged my corps and then, as quoted by the great prophet Austin Powers: "They stole my MOJO baby"

Surprised this hasn't been mentioned already, but another good place to farm the flasks is the troll temples in the Hinterlands. Avoid Jintha'Alor, as the trolls there will mostly just drop Big Mojo, but the other trolls along the south side of the zone have a fairly good drop rate for regular old Flasks of Mojo.

I actually did very well for the Flasks of Mojo in STV. For every four stacks of Troll Sweat, I had one of the Flasks of Mojo. I prolly farmed it for an hour or so, got almost two stacks. (Unfortunately, I didn't realise they were valuable at the time, and vendored them.)

Farmed for just a little over an hour in STV for 2 stacks of these flasks to level Jewelcrafting later.
What I got:
40 Flask of Mojo
2 Flask of Big Mojo
134 Troll Sweat
26 wildvine
7 green items
11 grey items
11 Various Potions
143 Silk Cloth
102 Mageweave cloth
and 25 Pages of Green Hills of Stranglethorn
Hope this helps and happy hunting!

I spent just under an hour in STV in the 40/30 & 40/40 areas - I am not giving specific locales 'cause I just headed that way looking for trolls. I got 10 FoM for my troubles. I also picked up some herbs, 14 troll sweat & just over 1g in spare change. I did it with my 57 BE pally, ret spec, & it was a really easy run.
I also got 20 Mageweave & 19 silk cloth, and several Pages of Green Hills of Strangelthorn.

Maybe i wasn't farming in the right areas, but i farmed in STV (ruins to the north) for 45 mins and didn't get any mojo at all. Of course i was slightly pressed for time but i'm an 80 dk so i one-shotted the mobs thus clearing alot ina short amount of time. But yeah nothing dropped for me so i'm on my way to ZF atm

seriously, what is mojo?

The ABSOLUTE best place is zf.
Since it's an instance you don't lose aggro. run through the dungeon aggroing all mobs to the grave...Kill ( 10 mojo's )
click every grave( 50 mobs) Kill...10 more mojo
run through the rest and kill 10 more mojo.
So thats 30 mojo in 15 minutes....Repeat 5 times.

Well, it would appear that in this case, the information contained on Wowhead is inaccurate.
None of the troll mobs in Hinterland actually drop this, even though the one that is marked with one of the highest droprate is in Hinterland... Spent about 30 minutes and cleared Jintha'Alor three times and not even one single Flask of Mojo dropped, even though I've killed like 50 of those Vilebranch Witch Doctors. So don't even think about going to Hinterlands or Arathi Highlands to farm this item...fix this info please, Wowhead.

I found ZF to be a fairly good place to farm mojo, as stated above. After clearing the instance of EVERY troll several times, you should expect to get about 1 full stack of mojo per run. Each run took about a half hour as a boomkin

earlier I spent roughly 3 hours farming for these flasks in the hinterlands despite other comments made above(just to check) , I got 7, and 9 blues. before that i spent about 2 hours in STV killing skullspliter trolls, and got 32. However in ZF which i just finished my 5th run, and am currently waiting on the instance limit timer, i have gotten 97 flasks. again i am a lvl 80 ret pally in full T9, and its taking about 15 to clear ZF, i can confirm its about a stack a run, making ZF the best place to farm flasks of mojo.

Decided to farm some Flasks myself, since the prices on AH is about 15g each.
Just go to STV and kill skullsplitter trolls in the ruins.
20 Minutes of farming = 17 Flask of Mojo
For me it's worth farming them, as i need 40 of them to level JC. No doubt you can make some good money of it, due extremely many people don't wanna waste their time on farming. I'm usually lazy, but this time.
Good luck :)

As of 4.0.3a most of the listings for the trolls that drop this are outdated. Or more than likely, since their levels have changed...the percentages have changed.
Just spent a little over an hour slaughtering skullsplitter trolls in STV with not one mojo dropping. Did the same in Hinterlands. Hopefully the droprate is still the same in ZF.
Edit: They do drop in ZF still. However it's as some have said previously...they drop very, very randomly.

Just did a full ZF run killing and looting every troll and ended up with 22 mojo. I remember back a while ago being able to get three times that.
Edit: A second run netted 19 mojo.
Edit2: Third run netted a depressing 14.

Drop rate seems to have been nerved considerably.
Did ZF 3 times today and got a total of 29 Mojo.
Very annoying for those training Jewel Crafting.

These no longer drop in STV or the Hinterlands - or if they do, they drop so rarely as to be impossible to farm. Do the trolls in Tanaris still drop these, or only in ZF?

Has anyone at Blizzard acknowledged the problem? It seems that all the drop rates for reagents has fallen. It's gotten to the point that I thinking about stopping all professions out of frustration. As anyone else noticed that you used to get more then one piece of leather from skinning a corpse, now you can only get one? You waste more time gathering materials then playing the game.

It looks like this is being removed as a crafting ingredient in 4.1, and is apparently becoming a gray-quality item.
According to datamined changes, anyways. Obviously, these aren't the final patchnotes.

Just spent an hour in the Hinterlands trying to find mojo on the Vilebranch mob and came up with exactly zero. Not worth the estimated 1.2% drop rate. Haven't found anywhere yet that I can solo farm mojo. :(

After being guided to the Hinterlands only to discover that a) there are no Witherbark trolls living there anymore; and b) the lvl of monsters is too low, anyhow, I moved on to Zul'Farrak. Drop rate, I'm not sure, maybe 5-10%? Not high, but tolerable. You need a lvl 40-50 monster to drop these, as far as I'm aware. In about an hour (with interruptions and a lvl 66 DK) I got 14. The area with the graves and zombies seemed particularly good to harvest flasks of mojo, but I didn't really keep too much track of kills/time per flask.

Don't have to worry about drop rates now, Mojo and Big Mojo are gray items now and no longer used in game. Vendor trash as of 4.1 (today).

It appears that this item is now a gray item, but it still says (on the item itself when cursed over) it's used in Engineering, JC, and LW... When I see it listed here, it now says it's "Junk".
I personally used to get this item a lot down in Stranglethorn off of all the trolls down there. It seemed to me that if I had a LW down there, it didn't drop much... If my BS or Alch was down there, I got a ton of them... Not sure if that's just coincidence or not.... ?

"Mojo is a magical charm used in voodoo rituals, it's a legitimate word and not something made up for WoW. In recent times it has become slang for other things usually in relation to confidence/self esteem" confirmed by GM
