Any timing info on this?

When i arrived, 普拉特·马克格鲁比 had 图样：生命护肩(1) for sale, 10 minutes later 图样：绿色幼龙护腕(1) was in his inventory. 50 minutes later another 图样：生命护肩 appeared, 11 minutes after that, I finally got 图样：龟壳手套, and almost immediately another 图样：绿色幼龙护腕.

Obviously pretty random on that guy.

From what I can tell, he spawns another 图样：绿色幼龙护腕 about every 15 minutes. I'm still waiting for the other patterns.
