These seem to vanish when the darkmoon faire ends, so the achievement that needs these cannot be done outside of faire time (unlike some achieves where you just need the event so that you can buy the items you need, then complete the achieve at your own leisure). Was not a happy bunny when I finally got out to dalaran only to find that I didn't have the fireworks anymore >.<

Now costs 10 Darkmoon Prize Tickets each, instead of 1 silver since patch 7.0 I believe.

If you are going for the achievement, be sure to buy 6 fireworks (for 60 tickets). There is a 20 in the info box, which led me to think it had 20 hits; it does not.
