It's nice to see Engineering getting a nice schematic to work towards getting. Currently the best engineering weapons are a mere ilevel 346.

Wrong . Usualy the drops are BoE , and vendor are BoP . So it will be a vendor item.

You can also see the sell price 60g , means this will cost 180g ?

Right so based on comments I've read I'd say you get this from either having your reputation with 海加尔复仇者 at Exalted, or through the new Dailies with 海加尔复仇者 reaching X amount of "Tokens" which is rewarded from doing these dailies.

I'm also guessing the token system will be similar to the Tol'Barad one where you recieve Tol Barad Commendation from doing Quests.

One thing (this is a bit off topic) that I've been hoping to see is a Instance which gives you Currency equivalent to what you receive from dailies. Much like 冠军的试炼 where you got Champion's Seal for killing the bosses. Even though it might sound like annoying extra work, you can use it as an excuse to motivate yourself when people are asking you to help them in that instance. Since honestly you can farm the new currency implemented in whatever phase you feel like.

And like I always say: Pardon my Grammar. I'm not English speaking.

The primary reason why the guns crafted from this recipie sell so bad, is because most of the hunters buying a ranged weapon, are buying Lava bolt crossbow.
