Costs 1 gold, 60 silver if you are exalted with Orgrimmar.

You can get your Darkspear Satchel from Champion Uru'zin, the Darkspear Quartermaster, or the Bilgewater Satchel from Frizzo Villamar the Bilgewater Cartel Quartermaster. They are also in Orgrimmar.
In Thunderbluff you can buy the Thunder Bluff Satchel from Brave Tuho the Thunder Bluff Quartermaster.
You can also buy Silvermoon Satchel from Magistrix Nizara the Silvermoon City Quartermaster, and the Undercity Satchel from Captain Donald Adams the Undercity Quartermaster

All of these NPCs can be found next to the flightmasters of the above mentioned cities.

This, like all the city bags, is a decent alternative to the 灵纹布包, 旅行者的背包, or similar bags. It's relatively easy to get one, since you'll probably be Revered with your home faction while you're still saving up for your first mount. Unfortunately, since they're BoP and Unique, you'd need to be Revered by five factions to fill all your bag slots (not counting the bank), and you can only sell them to a vendor. Long story short, grab one of these if you have more Rep than money, or if you like the novelty of having a collection of faction bags. Otherwise, you may as well grind out the cash for Netherweave Bags.
