i believe this is more of a reference to designer "coach" bags, since the symbol for the company is a horse and carriage.

道恩·拉杜 in 暴风城 sells a number of "designer" bags:

These bags are functionally just like 棕色大袋; they cannot be seen by other players and offer no gameplay advantages to common bags (just like real life!). If you're willing to slum it, you can head over to Old Town and visit 奥琳萨·格瑞菲斯, who sells generic equivalents of the designer bags like 重工具箱 and 矿物包. Note that there are generic bag vendors in each major city.

Note that some of the bags do use unique icons relative to other bags, and might be useful from an organizations standpoint if you visually organize your storage bags, though you are more likely to be buying max-profession level bags at that stage such as 三重加固的矿工袋 and 源质工具箱, which offer nearly twice the storage capacity.

It is worth highlighting that, despite being common quality (white lettering), the profession-specific bags are BoE.

The concept is inspired by Coach, Inc., who offers a large number of designer handbags, clutches, purses, and other accessories. The names match Coach almost 1:1 under names such as the "Madison Collection" (“马车——狂人”高科技背包) and "Kristin Collection" (“马车——克莉斯汀娜”珍藏金属背包).

All that said, can you really put a price on fashion? This is art, darling! Do you really want to be caught adventuring with something as pedestrian as, say, a 重工具箱? Fashion is not about utility! Do you expect questgivers to take you seriously carting around some tired 重工具箱? The “马车——狂人”高科技背包 is a Carriage, a Carriage. A Carriage is a piece of iconography used to express individual identity. A toolbox is kept in a garage or workshop, a Carriage is kept at your side where it can be seen! Only the most dashing adventurers will be carrying Carriage, I guarantee you.

You don't want to end up like 蕾古拉·尼切, dear, do you? Caught wearing a 宝石袋 of all things, the poor dear. Now look at her: Practically nonexistent. She doesn't dare show her face in 幽暗城, let alone 银月城!

And while we're at it, have us a visit to 西德尔·格罗斯 because I saw your shoes when I first came in and, well, it's just embarrassing.
