Hmm if this item is used in recipes why does it use gray text? Shouldn't it be white?

Has anyone found the mob(s) that drops this item yet, or know if there's some gray/white discussion going on?

(and for the future... before you start down-rating... when this was posted the item was gray and there was no drop info)

That's a good question. To answer you: the recipes never made it to the game in the first place. Alongside the craftable Razorshell-set they also introduced a craftable mail equivalent, the Windbound-set which hasn't been included in the game either. At some developmental stage these items were going to be included in the game, but for some reason they were dropped. The items required for crafting the items stayed, however.
