Possible reference to the "Pendant of Energy" item in Warcraft 3. No, this item doesn't work like the Warcraft 3 item. But the name "Polished Pendant of Edible Energy" is quite similar to "Pendant of Energy". Also, its icon is the same as the "Pendant of Energy".
