Spawns real fast, unlike her other items

I purchased one and was waiting for the Chest Enchant to spawn, 1 min later I checked again and she was selling this recipe again. <1 min respawn time or the timer is set to a specific time where it does respawn.

When I first checked, Qia had both this and the bag recipe. After six minutes, the necklace had spawned again. I decided to wait a bit more and the necklace recipe spawned again 7 minutes later. A minute after that, the bag recipe spawned.

It seems like the timer is somehow random, between one to at least 7 minutes. The upper end might be higher, but I've not the time to test more extensively.

Update: it seems the timer can go up to ten minutes.

The respanw time for it is very short. For me (waiting for another recipe) it has spawned twice in 15-20 mins now.

Currently bugged. This design is very much a vanilla design and is even categorized as such in the jewelcrafting UI in the "Unlearned" tab as well as requiring vanilla era materials to make and is available from an NPC in a vanilla zone (Winterspring). However you will find that for some unknown reason, it requires Outland jewelcrafting skill to learn.
