This ring sucks tbh. For an epic, stats could have been so much better... compare it to this http://www.wowhead.com/?item=21565 and you'll see what i mean.

It was an old joke starting with a person posting "I heard Don Rodrigo's band has new stats" on the PTR forums to which someone replied "It has new stats?".

This then escalated to hundreds of replies, all with variations of "it has new stats?" etc.

Someone even made a webpage about it: http://www.ithasnewstats.com/
