As of 1/20/18 the reins are bugged so that when they are mailed in any way, they are changed into the horde version. Be wary if you're using a saddle acquired on a separate license on the same account and mail the reins over, until the bug is fixed they'll always turn horde--even if a GM mails you the correct reins, the mailing process makes them horde again.
