Bought from 行者兹坦加 for 5 黑齿之爪 which drop from mobs in the area at a rate of approximately 2-5, with the occasional 7.

Spawns a mob named 阿基罗, a rogue NPC who did around 13-15k with mainhand attacks and 6-8k with offhand attacks to a 690 Enhancement Shaman. He had two main abilities:

刀扇, dealing approx. 19-29k damage.
毒药瓶, dealing approx. 2.1k damage per tick.

As of build 19934, he drops a small (1-3) number of 黑齿之爪, and money in line with the mobs in the area.
